Terms and Conditions for Business Empowerment Network (BEN) Forum
Membership - Referral Business in B2B Platform:

By signing and submitting the Application Form, the applicant hereby agrees to
receive communications and correspondence from Business Empowerment Network
(BEN) office relating to BEN and further agrees that BEN may share your
information and details with other BEN Members, Affiliates, and all parties involved
in order to provide you with the required services as a BEN Member.

RIGHTS: BEN is an initiative of M/s. Freedom Tiger Business Consultant (I) PVT
LTD., a registered company under the Companies Act, 1956, with its Registered Head
office operating at No. 87, 6th cross, Sathya Nagar, Saram, Pondicherry-605013.

NOTION: The BEN Forum will act as a platform for referral sharing among the
Members and Participants. This is exclusively for the fraternity of the Construction
Industry. BEN is strictly a Marketing Service Provider through Referral Networking.

BEN promotes business connects among Business People, with an 80+ Category in a
single team. Membership Development Committee of each Team has the final
authority relating to classification conflicts.

BEN will operate within the boundaries of a Referral Networking Forum facilitator
and will not be held responsible for any Business transactions/Financial agreements
between the participating members and any legal disputes.

All disputes arising out of or relating to the Member's participation in BEN shall be
resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the country of India,
subject to the jurisdiction of MADRAS HIGH COURT, between the Members
involved. BEN will not be liable or held responsible.

BEN Policies are subject to change and will be published on the BEN Official
Website www.benforum.com.

Each member in the team is required to generate a minimum of Rs.5000 worth of
sales or referrals every month. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the
cancellation of membership by BEN.

The Annual or Monthly subscription charges plus GST as applicable payable for
Basic or Premium Membership with BEN differs. The subscription is valid for a
period of 12 months / 30 days from the date of joining and needs to be renewed by the
end of the subscription period. The renewal of membership rights is reserved by BEN.

Membership Fees cannot be transferred from one person to another, unless the fees
were paid by the same company. Membership is not transferable between companies.

The BEN Team Meetings (other than Virtual Meets) will be organized in the Banquet
facilities of Star Rated Hotels. All expenses incurred towards organizing the meet will
be shared among the Participants and chargeable in addition.

All payments will have to be made in favour of M/s. Freedom Tiger Business
Consultant (I) PVT LTD., via Cheque/Demand draft/RTGS or UPI Modes, Payment
Wallets, along with the duly filled Application form.

The Receipt acknowledging payment will be auto-generated, and a copy of the same
will be made available to the applicant.

BEN has the full rights to allocate members to any existing team or a new team as per
company norms. Team assignments will be made based on availability and other
factors. BEN will take into consideration the member's preferences for team
assignment, but final allocation remains at the discretion of the company.

If a member fails to meet the minimum sales or referrals requirement consistently or
violates any terms and conditions of the BEN Forum, BEN reserves the right to cancel
or terminate the membership without refund.

Members are expected to conduct their referral business in compliance with all
applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of their
sales and referrals. Falsification or manipulation of records may result in the
cancellation of membership.

Members are encouraged to actively participate in BEN Forum activities, engage with
other members, and contribute positively to the community.

Any disputes or concerns should be promptly communicated to the BEN Forum
management for resolution.

Members are solely responsible for the content they share within the BEN Forum.
BEN is not liable for any content shared by members.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of BEN. Members
will be notified of any updates or modifications to the terms, and continued
membership implies acceptance of the revised terms.
By becoming a member of the BEN Forum, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these
Terms and Conditions.
